Plugging away at an upcoming film together, Mandy Moore and Jessica Szohr were spotted on set in the Garden District of New Orleans on Thursday (May 20).
The “License to Wed” babe and the “Gossip Girl” actress were hard at work in almost 100 degree weather, attempting to cool off with hand-held fans.
The lovely ladies are currently filming for a movie called “Love, Wedding, Marriage” and involves a happy newlywed marriage counselor’s views on wedded bliss that get thrown for a loop when she finds out her parents are getting divorced, according to IMDB.
Other big names in the film include: Kellan Lutz and Jane Seymour.

Letting bygones be bygones, Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr were spotted getting affectionate by their hotel pool in Los Angeles today (May 17).
The “Gossip Girl” costars weren’t afraid to show their love for one another as they chilled out at the Mondrian Hotel, literally wrapping their bodies around each other.
Previously, Ed and Jessica were said to be having relationship problems after reports of infidelity began to surface.
But now that they’ve been spotted in each other’s embrace, it looks like Ed and Jessica are back off the market!
Looks like things might be looking up for Jessica Szohr and her boyfriend, Gossip Girl co-star, Ed Westwick. The two were spotted at the Grove in LA, yesterday, having lunch, shopping and holding hands. So far I’ve only got one untagged pic, but I’ll let you guys know when more are available.

I’ve added 10 HQ pics of Jess on the set of her new movie, Love, Wedding, Marriage from April 27th. There weren’t many clear shots of her face but you can see her in the purple dress. If we find more we’ll post them!

Jess was listed among this year’s Most Beautiful, according to People, joining castmate Blake Lively, amongst others in the annual honor. Which she totally deserves, she’s gorgeous. Here’s her blurb from the sneak peek posted on People’s site.

Great news! Looks like Jess is currently in New Orleans shooting a new movie!
There’s a first time for everything, and for actor Dermot Mulroney (“My Best Friend’s Wedding,” “About Schmidt”) his first time in the directing chair has arrived, with the New Orleans-shot romantic comedy “Love, Wedding, Marriage.”
New Orleans filmmakers Michael Arata and Jerry Daigle (“Deal,” “Night of the Demons”) are producing with Michelle Chydzik, the producer of the Mulroney starrer “Wedding Date” and last year’s “My Life In Ruins.”
“Love, Wedding, Marriage” stars Mandy Moore, James Brolin, Jane Seymour, Jessica Szohr and “Twilight” star Kellan Lutz, who is expected to go from this project to the the Baton Rouge-shot “Deathgames,” with Samuel L. Jackson, next month.
“The film takes funny, sweet look at what it takes to make a marriage shine, no matter how long you have been married,” Arata said. (We) “have a fantastic local supporting cast and our usual top-of-the-line production crew from here.”
Shooting was originally scheduled to start Feb. 4, but Arata said it was pushed “to accommodate the cast schedules and to make sure that we were in production during Jazz Fest! This is the best time of the year to film.”
A release date for “Love, Wedding, Marriage” has yet to be finalized.
I’ve added a couple of large scans of Jess’s shoot in April’s Harpers’ Bazaar to the the gallery. I was kinda bummed the shoot wasn’t bigger and there’s no actual interview, but I’ll be on the lookout for any more pics. She looks great.
Moving on from all the bad news, IGN just posted a new interview with Piranha 3d director, Alexandre Aja, with a small bit with Jess about the movie. Here’s Jess’s bits.
We also had a chance to talk to actress Jessica Szohr (best known for her role as Vanessa Abrams on Gossip Girl) about working on the film. She plays the character of Kelly, a local girl who hops aboard a boat to be with her crush, Jake, played by Steven McQueen. It turns out, a boat is not the safest place to be during a piranha attack.
“Basically, she’s seen it all,” Szhor said of her character. “It’s this big party town that everyone comes to from all over and is going to get wasted and show their boobs. She’s kind of not phased by it. … She gets on this boat and she lets loose and some things hit the fan. And I think that’s all I can say. But she’s a good girl.”
“I think it’s always fun to see a good scary movie,” Szohr said. “It keeps you on your toes and it’s fun to go with your friends, your girlfriends or even a boyfriend where you can jump on his lap. But gore and blood, it totally freaks me out. Apparently this movie has just a ton of it in it. So we’ll see how I’ll handle it.”
“It’s definitely more up to date,” Szohr said. “Spring break, kids going crazy and the 3D adds a new element. Alex is pretty crazy. Ours might be a little bit creepier, to be honest.”
